At Faisalabad Aesthetics Traders, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our top priorities. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for wholesale purchases of derma products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product Shipped: If you receive the wrong item(s) that do not match your order.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition.

  • Product Expiry: If the product is expired at the time of delivery.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind, unsold inventory, or delayed usage on wholesale orders.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • For damaged goods, photographic evidence is required at the time of reporting.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used derma products

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotion (unless defective)

  • Products not stored as per guidelines (e.g., temperature-sensitive items)

  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Provide required documentation (photo, invoice, etc.).

  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.

Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or credited toward your next order (as agreed).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange subject to product availability. If not available, a refund or credit note will be provided.
