2. Customer Eligibility

To purchase from us, you must:

  • Provide valid contact and delivery information

  • Agree to these Terms and applicable business policies (Privacy, Shipping, Return, etc.)

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation.

  • Prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse or pricing errors.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full prior to dispatch, unless credit terms have been approved in writing.

  • Orders are shipped throughout Pakistan via trusted courier and cargo services.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed over to the courier.

  • All products must be used according to manufacturer guidelines and stored appropriately.

  • All logos, product names, and branding materials provided by Faisalabad Aesthetics Traders remain our intellectual property or that of the original manufacturers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Issues arising from third-party courier services

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the disputed order.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any customer relationship if:

  • The customer breaches these Terms

  • There is fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • There is consistent non-payment or order misuse

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.
